(1) In accordance with the Constitution, this Act and other laws in force, after consultation with the Commission, the duty to implement the consultation given by the Commission shall be the responsibility of the officer requesting the consultation.
(2) If due to any special reason or circumstance there is an obstacle to the implementation of the consultation provided by the Commission on a matter, the officer requesting the open consultation may send in writing to the Commission for reconsideration and if the Commission considers it in writing, sufficient grounds and justification to revise the previous consultation. If it is seen, it can be consulted again in this regard.
(3) Consultation regarding departmental punishment provided by the Commission shall be implemented within the period specified by the Commission and reported to the Commission.
